The love to run but got bored doing it on my own. X-Country helped me to get that vigor back
We were a bit hopeless with a map and didn’t know how to use a compass at all and it was stopping us from doing some of the fell runs and races we wanted to do. The navigation course has really helped, Chris the instructor explained everything really well and we got a lot of time to practice what we were learning, so it sank in. We are now both a lot more confident, would recommend!

I did the navigation course and i went knowing nothing and came out being able to give out an 8 figure grid reference with ease. You learn alot as well as having a great time.

What an amazing day and an amazing achievement! If someone last year said do you want to do a 25 mile hike over the 3 peaks of Yorkshire I would have laughed at them. Super proud to have been able to do that mileage with a backpack on all day. Who says a bad back should stop you!! Great company. lots of laughs, would highly recommend, what to do next??

Poor Jade went flying coming down the first peak but carried on like a little trooper whilst Chris and Brad cried after being stung by nettles haha. Enjoyed every minute of that 25 mile hike today, even when the heavens opened! Its been amazing, thanks guys!

myself and my colleagues decided to take on the challenge of the yorkshire 3 peaks on 12.08.17 and our team leader enlisted the help of Chris Dom and Nick to guide us! we were all novices and could never have done it without them! they were there every step of the way and when our fears took over encouraged us to push onwards and upwards (literally) nothing could have prepared me for the challenge but thanks to optimal adventures i smashed it and conqured so many fears! thank you guys youre awesome and would recommend them 100%

Great guys with a great passion for guiding people of mixed abilities through the most challenging of routes! A team of us from Bolton NHS smashed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks in our target time thanks to the patience, professionalism and encouragement of these lads. Not forgetting the on-going support from Mum and Nan at every pit-stop! Highly recommended.

Me and few friends signed up with Chris and Dom to do the Yorkshire 3 peaks on the 19th August. We all had an amazing time. Both of them and their dad really looked after us. Would highly recommend them
The Checkpoint Challenge in rain hail and thunder, with wind chill around minus 3.
It could have been a logistical nightmare, but Chris had it all sorted, good contact with team leaders throughout the event, and covered all eventualities in the safety brief clearly. Great banter and fun seasonal challenges at checkpoints.
