Wednesday Running. Cross Country.

Philips Park route – 4-5 Miles in total.

Bring with you:

  • Water for before and after the session
  • Good cross country running shoes
  • Jacket depending on the weather
  • personal MedicationĀ (asthma spray, etc)
  • Loads of energy
