Food (Sandwiches, plenty of high energy nutrition, e.g. slow release energy)
Water (2L minimum) Lucozade
Thick jumper/jacket
Sunglasses/sun-cream (optimistic)
Personal first aid kit (basics – blister plasters etc.)
Personal medication e.g. asthma spray.

— Once booked, you will receive an email confirming your place and you will subsequently be put down on our registration system for the event, so that when you turn up on the day at the location specified below, we will have your name down on our list ready to be ticked off. You do not need to bring any confirmation of your booking as its all on our system!
