Here is a quick 15 or 30 minute circuit depending if you go back up. Best thing would be firstly to watch all 4 videos then follow the reps below. As the last video says guys this is just a little something on top of you’re BMF sessions, as we support Graham , Taz and Drews bread and butter through this time.

Depending on ability the circuit should be between 10-15 minutes. remember you can half the reps so you could do 50 skips instead of 100 and start at 6 instead of 10 burpees πŸ‘

15 minutes set:
100 skips (as video says any technique or alternate).
10 burpees (chest to ground if you wish or even a took Jump at the top) ADVANCED
100 skips
8 burpees
100 skips
6 burpees
100 skips
4 burpees
100 skips
2 burpees
100 skips
10 burpees.
If you wish to continue for another 10-15 mins
100 skips
2 burpees
100 skips
4 burpees
100 skips
6 burpees
100 skips
8 burpees
100 skips
10 burpees.
